Each course is packed with learning material, moments of reflection and activities to embed the lessons. As these modules are delivered online via the Zoom platform, they are short and concise. We know all too well about the fatigue one can feel when sitting and staring at a screen for long periods of time. Every course is broken down into 30-minute sections.

The ultimate mission is to give people the tools to help deal efficiently deal with life’s challenges. Often, it is not having the space to develop and heal oneself that leads to the exacerbation of problems which can cause a range of complications such as obesity related illnesses, anxiety, depression, absenteeism.

Our concern is with the personal growth of the individual and careful planning has gone into crafting the exercises in a way that encourages deep thought, introspection and reflective learning.
