Cultural Diversity for Schools

Strawberry Words’ helps to manage conversations about cultural diversity in safe environments, both on and offline.

We work with teachers and pupils to help address cultural diversity challenges, whether preventative or responsive. We offer a tailored, respectful service to ensure all outcomes are met.

Work delivered can assist teachers to:

  • Develop cultural awareness
  • Use the arts to explore conversations around race and British Values
  • Embed cultural diversity into the curriculum
  • Discuss issues of religious intolerance/racism/hate crimes
  • Plan for activities to celebrate British values/cultural occasions/Black History Month

This is delivered through: workshops, training, facilitation and consultation. Uniquely our work uses a creative approach to keep it engaging and safe.

We have been delivering cultural diversity workshops in schools for the last 23 years. See some examples of our work here. With the company’s school-based experience, Caribbean and British heritage and continued education in these fields, clients can expect a challenging, engaging and authentic delivery, which is efficient and respectful.
